About US
The ABSolute Fitness Center is a gym that is owned and operated by Kimberly Brady. We want to offer an environment that is conducive to working out and socializing with friends without the hassle of high-pressure sales. We are not a franchise. All of our contracts are month-to-month. We offer a friendly environment. We want each member of our gym to be known by their name, not a number. If we do not know your name, come in more often so we can get to know you. (Page down for directions)
Our facility has:
- treadmills and ellipticals with individual tv's
- bikes, rowers, steppers
- stand-up tanning bed
- nursery room with a chalk board wall
- locker rooms with showers
- strength equipment including free weights (up to 125lbs) and cable towers
- classroom (yoga, spinning, zumba, stability ball, kettlebells, cardio kickboxing)
The location of the gym is 863 Sussex Boulevard, Satellite 5.

Club Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 5am-11pm
Friday: 5am-9pm
Saturday/Sunday: 7am-5pm
Nursery Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9am-12pm
4pm-8pm
Saturday/Sunday: 9am-1pm
